Out Pinot Gris 2018 boasts aromas of pear, stonefruit, quince and white florals. Flavours of apple, peach and nectarine are balanced with bright acidity, leading to a full luscious mouth-feel, good length, lingering fruit sweetness and a fresh finish.

Winemaking
The grapes for this wine were dry-grown in our Nelson-Tasman vineyard in Ngatimoti. 2018 was a very small vintage of around 5 tonnes that was hand-picked late March.
